EU Organic certification
Herms is committed with European Union regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91 of the European Council of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs.
Herms Company uses the organic logo on products that have been certified as organic by an authorized control agency or body. This means that we have fulfilled strict conditions on how they must be produced, processed, transported and stored. The logo can only be used on products when they contain at least 95% of organic ingredients and additionally respect further strict conditions for the remaining 5%.
USDA Organic certification
The National Organic Program (NOP) develops the rules & regulations for the production, handling, labeling, and enforcement of all USDA organic products.
The core mission of the NOP is to protect the integrity of the USDA organic seal. The seal is used for products adhering to USDA standards that contain at least 95%. Overall, organic operations must demonstrate that they are protecting natural resources, conserving biodiversity, and using only approved substances. Under the NOP, farmers and food processors who wish to use the word organic in reference to their businesses and products must be certified organic like Herms Company.
Kosher
The Herms Co, offers a wide selection of kosher-certified herbs and spices, Kosher certification provides a seal of approval for our spices and herbs, verifying that they conform to the Jewish dietary regulations of kashrut.
Certification COR (Canada)
The Canada Organic Regime (COR) it’s mandatory certification to the Canadian Organic Standards for organic products (food for human consumption, feed, and seed). Under the COR, Herms are certified to Canadian standards (COR) as producers, processors, handlers, and manufacturers for Organic herbs and spices
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Herms are Certifited By Iso 9001, this mean that we use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, and Measurement, analysis, and improvement of the QMS through activities like internal audits and corrective and preventive action.

An effective food safety management system (FSMS) reinforces an organization’s control on food safety hazards and ensures that its products are safe for consumption.
FDA
The Food and Drug Administration ( FDA ) is responsible for protecting and promoting public health through the control and supervision of food safety, and It doesn’t allow the passage of any consumer products through the customs outlets of the United States, except those that conform to the health and safety standards of the laws of the United States and their compliance it such as Herms company.
Agriculture Export Council
The Agricultural Export Council is the supreme counselor entity to the Minister of Trade and Industries for the Egyptian Agriculture Sector. The Council is the official platform to raise and submit the strategic suggestions, regulatory policies including obstacles towards the development of the agricultural Sector to the Minister, and Herms is a member of it.
